Q1: Can you print our brand on the product?    * We can laser print customer's logo on the product with the permission from customers.  Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products. 

Q1:  What is raw material ？    * The material is standard cold-rolled steel plate. Electrostatic Powder Coating Surface, avoid rusty and saving more space.

Q1: Do you accept custom orders?    * Yes. We provide customization service. OEM & ODM orders are both acceptable. Q2: What kind of warranty can you provide us with?    * 2 years warranty for frames since sold. If quality problem occurs, please feel free to contact us.

Q1:  If goods were damaged after receipt, what can I do?      * Please provide us with related valid proof, then we will send you the same products at the next order.Q2:  What should my valid proof be if my goods are broken?    *  Please simply set all your damaged goods in rows and columns, then take a video for us to show how goods are damaged.

Q1: What are the payment terms?    * We usually use TT, 30% deposit by T/T, 70% and payment before shipment by T/T or L/C at sight, MoneyGram, Credit Card, Western Union, Cash Escrow, Other payments are negotiable.  

Q1: What about the leading time for bulk Production?    *For our normal design, we compete a 40'HQ container after received deposit 30-45 days. a 20'GP container within 25-35 days; for the customized design, it will be take about more 15 days. 

Q1: Are you trade company or factory?   * We are a industry and trading integration company. Our main products: storage trolley carts, storage racks, ladder shelves, computer desks, coat hanger racks, plant stands and so on. Q2:  What's your MOQ of bulk production? Can you produce the order less than MOQ?   * Our MOQ is one model at least 50pcs,and smaller order is also welcome, but with surcharge ,we would like to grow up with your.For some special colors or customized design,Our MOQ is 200pc.

Q1: Can you send a sample for our reference?    *  As usually, we send our sample with retail price ,and the freight should be pay by buyer, but the charge will be returned when there is an firm order.Q2: How long would you produce a sample?    * It usually takes 15-20 days.
